How It Works – Test Principle
The test card includes:

Colloidal gold-labeled TB antigens

Nitrocellulose membrane with immobilized anti-human IgG and IgM antibodies

Control line (C) for validation
When a sample is applied, any TB-specific IgG or IgM antibodies bind with the labeled antigens. These complexes are captured by the corresponding antibodies on the membrane, generating visible red/purple test lines.
Test Procedure

Bring all components to room temperature (15–30°C).

Place the test device on a flat, clean surface and label accordingly.

Add 1 drop (approx. 10μl) of sample into the specimen well.

Immediately add 2 drops (70–100μl) of buffer.

Wait 15 minutes and interpret results.
⚠ Do not read results after 20 minutes.
Result Interpretation

Negative: Only control line (C) appears.

IgM Positive: Lines appear at C and M.

IgG Positive: Lines appear at C and G.

IgM & IgG Positive: Lines appear at C, M, and G.

Invalid: No control line (C) — repeat with a new test kit.
